It's best to wash it on 30°C. Do not put it in a dryer.

Is it easy to get stains and mud out of the tracksuits?

Yes it is. The tracksuits are great to wear during everyday activity (work, school, nursery etc.) as it is easy to wash them.

Are certain colors more suitable for males and certain colors more suitable for females?

No, not at all. All the colors are suitable for both males and females.

Do I have to pay for shipping when I return/exchange?

Yes, you need to pay for the shipping of the return/exchange items. However, we will pay for the shipping of the product we send back to you if you are exchanging.
